Frequently Asked Questions

Who is eligible to receive tutoring services through CASA? ​
All undergraduate students enrolled at Bethel University are eligible to receive tutoring services through CASA. Students that are participating in Dual Enrollment through Bethel University are eligible to receive tutoring services through CASA. 


What services are available through CASA?
CASA offers a Study Area, Book Reserve, Peer-to-Peer Tutoring, Drop-In Tutoring, Ask-a-Tutor, and Accommodation Testing. 


Will a tutoring session be canceled? 
A tutoring session can be canceled for 2 reasons.
     1. If a student misses 2 appointments without letting their tutor or the Front Desk Supervisor know.

     2. If the students misses a total of 3 appointments for the semester. 


Does the student pay for tutoring sessions? 
All services offered by CASA are free.


Does the student need to sign in to use CASA?
Yes, in order for CASA to track student appointments and CASA usage, the student is required to sign in and out. You will need to sign in at the front desk in CASA.
