Your Library login uses the same information as your Bethel email (Gmail) address. Here's a video on how to log in.
If you enter your email information and see an error message, troubleshoot with the following steps:
1. Make sure your email password is correct by logging into your Bethel email account.
2. If you see an error when you click "Sign on with your Bethel email address" then your Chrome browser is logged into a personal email account. Click here to see which email account your browser is signed into. Be sure to log into your Bethel email account.
3. If you have the correct login, try clearing your cookies and cache following the steps above.
4. If the above steps do not work, request a temporary Library login here.
Clearing your cache, cookies, and browsing history is like spring cleaning for your internet browsers. It will help the databases to work better and your internet to run faster.
