Work Study Schedule and Hours
The Work Study Schedule is coordinated by the Work Study Contact (Public Services Supervisor).
Students CANNOT work more than 140 hours per semester.
Typically students do not work more than 10 hours per week or 23 hours per pay period. Exceptions do apply.
Timestation
Students will clock in and out through Timestation.
It is the Work Study Contact’s responsibility to create the schedule and post it in the Work Study Calendar and at the Information Desk.
Timesheets
Timesheets are to be filled out by the student and confirmed and calculated by the Work Study Contact.
Timesheets are due the day after the end of each pay period, 15th and 30th. The Work Study Contact will also remind students when and where to turn in their timesheets.
Completed Timesheets are sent to cpsbilling@bethelu.edu or can be given to April Chance or placed in the Timesheet Rack outside the business office. An email will be sent out reminding them when they are due.
Timesheets MUST be signed by BOTH the student and supervisor.
Timesheets need to have hours added correctly and must be in ink.
